Who we are
pau. is a calm digital coloring book for iPad, designed and published by Visoo Labs, Tina Panzalović s.p., a sole proprietorship registered in Slovenia with its registered office at Breznica 12, 4274 Žirovnica. Throughout this document, "we", "us", or "pau." means Visoo Labs; "you" means whoever is using the app.
pau. is a Lifestyle-category app in the App Store. It's a hobby and mindfulness tool. It is not a medical, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other regulated product, and we make no claims to the contrary.
Accepting these terms
By downloading or using pau., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree — that's completely fine — please don't use the app. The Apple Media Services Terms also apply because pau. is distributed through the App Store; if anything in those terms directly contradicts these, those take priority.
If you're under 16, please have a parent or legal guardian read these terms with you. They'll need to agree on your behalf before you use the app.
No accounts & your device
pau. has no account system. There is no sign-up screen, no password, no email collection, no profile, no friends list, no leaderboard, and no online identity. The app opens straight to Home with the full free catalog available. The only identity in play is your Apple ID, which the App Store uses to deliver downloads and to bill any optional Premium subscription.
Your coloring, favorites, and progress live entirely on your iPad. We do not run a cloud account service, and we do not see, store, or sync the contents of your library on any server of ours. If someone else uses your iPad and colors in your library, that's not something we can fix remotely — we have no remote access to anything on your device.
Your licence to use pau.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use pau. on any Apple device you own or control, under the terms of the App Store. You don't own the app itself; you own a licence to use it. The app, its code, its brand, and its design are ours.
You agree not to —
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the app, its catalog, or its code.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of pau. (except where local law gives you that right, e.g. interoperability under EU law).
- Strip our name, copyright, or brand from any part of the app.
- Use pau. to build a competing product, or to train machine-learning or generative models on our artwork.
Artwork, pages & your creations
Our artwork
Every coloring page in pau. is hand-drawn and delivered as SVG line art. The original line art is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use inside and outside the app — so yes, color it, save it to Photos, print it at home, frame it, stick it on your fridge, share it with grandma.
What you can't do with our artwork
- Sell prints of the pages, filled-in or not, on services like Etsy, Redbubble, or InPrnt.
- Use the line art as part of a commercial product, book, or client deliverable.
- Feed it into a training dataset, a generative model, or any kind of automated content pipeline.
- Claim the line art as your own original work.
What you colored
Your colors, your choices — those are yours. The combination of our line art with your shading, palette, and strokes is a joint creation: you own the creative layer, we own the base line art. In practice, that means you're free to share your finished pages on social media, send them as gifts, or print them at home, and we won't come after you.
Premium subscription
pau. is free to download, and the free catalog is real and refreshed regularly. An optional Premium subscription unlocks the full library, the complete brush set (including the smudge / blending tool), and every future page added to the catalog.
- The exact length and price of each available plan are shown clearly on the in-app paywall before you commit.
- Premium plans are processed through Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchases. The paywall itself is rendered using the RevenueCat and RevenueCatUI SDKs.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from inside pau. via the gear icon → Manage Subscription.
- If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the underlying subscription.
We never see, store, or charge your payment details. Apple handles all billing, and RevenueCat receives only the StoreKit transaction data Apple already provides them — no personal data, no email, and no account identifiers are sent from our side.
Refunds & cancellations
Refunds on the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com within the window Apple allows for your region (typically 90 days for subscriptions, and 14 days in the EU for one-time purchases). We don't have the technical ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
Cancelling your subscription keeps Premium active until the end of your current billing period. Everything you've already colored stays on your iPad forever, even after Premium ends — you just lose access to the premium-only pages and brushes until you re-subscribe. Pages you've already exported to the Photos app are yours to keep no matter what.
Acceptable use
pau. is a quiet app. Use it quietly. Specifically, please don't:
- Attempt to break, overload, or disrupt our content CDN.
- Republish or share the line-art catalog in a way that makes our premium artwork available to the public for free.
- Use the app, the artwork, or the brand to harass anyone (we can't imagine how, but we've learned to say it).
- Impersonate us — our name, our branding, or our domain.
If you do any of these, we may pause or end your access without refund. We'll try to tell you first.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep pau. working on Apple's currently-supported iPadOS versions and to keep our content CDN online so new pages can stream in. We may add features, change features, deprecate features, redraw icons, swap fonts, or move things around — if something meaningful is being removed, we'll mention it in the release notes first.
We don't promise 100% uptime for the catalog CDN, the App Store purchase flow, or RevenueCat's paywall servers. Those depend on third parties (Apple, RevenueCat, and our CDN provider). Things occasionally break. The bundled pages and any pages you've already opened keep working offline on your iPad.
Our responsibility (and its limits)
We provide pau. "as is". We work hard to make the app calm, stable, and pleasant, but — to the extent allowed by law — we can't be held responsible for indirect losses (lost time, missed relaxation, a page that didn't print quite the way you hoped).
Where we're legally liable, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. None of this limits your statutory consumer rights under Slovenian or EU law, which we don't try to override.
Ending the agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscription in your Apple ID settings. We can end it if you break these terms, or if we retire the app entirely — in both cases we'll try to give you reasonable notice.
When the agreement ends, your licence to use pau. ends, but the pages you've already exported locally are still yours to keep.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If you're an EU consumer, you also have the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer law of your country of residence — those always win over anything here.
Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia, unless consumer law requires otherwise in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app changes or the law does. If the change is material (new fees, new data uses, changed cancellation terms), we'll notify you at least 30 days before the new version takes effect, via an in-app notice and on this page. Small edits (typos, clarifying a sentence) we'll just quietly ship, with the "last updated" date above.
If you don't agree with a new version, you can stop using pau. and request a refund of any unused subscription portion through Apple's refund flow.
